世正開發股份有限公司成立於1993年，股東成員皆為國內外知名金融、營建、機電及工業開發之實力集團。其中包含經濟部工業區開發管理基金、東元電機、中華工程、榮民工程、亞新工程、泰興工程、新光合成纖維、潤泰集團、新加坡商Ascendas、富邦金控...等。

HP, Yahoo stir interest in Nangang Software Park

MAJOR TENANT:Yahoo will take more than 30,000m2 when it moves to the site in December, raising the foreign tenancy rate in the third building to 68 percent

Hewlett-Packard Co (HP) and Yahoo Inc’s tenancy in Taipei’s Nangang Software Park (南港軟體園區) has sparked interest from local and overseas companies, the manager of the government-owned development says.

“Foreign companies, especially from the US and Japan, are now becoming more interested in this project, helped by having major tenants already here,” said Hoyt Tillman, marketing director for Century Development Corp (世正開發). “It’s becoming a hub for the industry.”

《傳產》遠雄東元攜手，插旗南京地產

兩岸ECFA即將在明年元月正式生效，遠雄企業團和東元集團兩大企業也相中未來兩岸傳產、電子科技產業加速佈局兩岸，對於科技廠房和生活配套設施的需求，決定共同攜手「登陸」，共組南京海峽投資開發公司計畫「插旗」南京，開發造鎮型不動產。

遠雄建（5522）、東元（1504）昨天董事會決議，雙方分別向經濟部投審會提出申請大陸投資案，投資金額分別為3,900萬美元、1,000萬美元，總計4,900萬美元，計劃攜手「插旗」南京。

外界預期，以遠雄最擅長的工業廠房造鎮、和數位住宅社區等大型造鎮的成功經驗，加上東元集團和經濟部合資成立世正開發公司，在台北市南港軟體園區3期已接近滿租，所創造的「南軟奇蹟」來觀察，雙方互有所長，一旦攜手登陸，將帶來互相加分的效果。
